This was an advertising shot for a potpourri wholesaler; the object was to emphasize the color and texture. Ultimately, I liked this shot so much that, many years later, I used it in a promotional piece that I sent to perspective clients. I printed about two hundred 5"x 7" of this image -using my Iris 3047 to show off the printer's capability. Every now and then, I come across one of the test prints I ran from that initial run and realize, even today, that it can't get any better.
